"When my husband and I relocated from San Diego to the South Bay, we interviewed Annie and another agent, both of whom came highly recommended to us. Rather than just telling us that she was an experienced and successful realtor who could find us a home, Annie asked questions, provided great advice, and gave helpful suggestions. We have sold and purchased numerous homes across the country, but she was the first agent to take the time to fully explore our situation during an initial discussion. Our home in San Diego sold within days of hitting the market, so we were under pressure to find a new place in the South Bay. We spent three days with Annie before finding our new home. Annie was just as excited as we were when we walked into that showing. We all knew immediately that it was the perfect home for us. Annie has an incredible knowledge of the area and the market, so she was able to give us valuable insight and guidance into the different cities and neighborhoods. Because she asked questions and was able to gauge our response to various listings, she quickly identified our likes and dislikes and tailored showings to meet our needs. Annie is an effective negotiator and is not afraid to ask selling agents tough questions, but she is also professional and tactful. As if our future home were her own, Annie carefully examined it for any issues, including minor cosmetic defects, and continually followed up with the seller's agent to ensure that everything was perfect prior to us moving in. During escrow, Annie pushed hard to close early so we would not have to move into temporary housing. She had our best interests in mind during the entire process. Although Annie is very busy, she always made us feel as though we were her only clients. When we made an unexpected trip to the area, she happily offered to schedule some showings. Because of her great reputation and connections, she was able to show us several homes that afternoon. She has excellent communication skills and was available at any time via text or phone to discuss listings or to answer questions. It's obvious that Annie loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. She is competent, reliable, honest, and detail-oriented. Because of Annie's experience, skills, and personality, the buying process was smooth, fun, and stress-free. She was simply amazing and we could not have asked for a better realtor, especially as first-time homebuyers. She was very knowledgeable, organized, and experienced. To say the least, the real estate market is very volatile at the moment. Homes receive multiple offers way over asking and are sold within one week. It is completely insane! Even getting an appointment to view the property was challenging. However, Annie was very persistent and did not stop until we secured one. We made multiple offers and Annie was great in guiding us through that process. She explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions and concerns. After our fourth and failed offer we decided to take a break. At this point, our spirits were low and we felt emotionally and mentally drained. But unexpectedly on the fourth offer, the original offer that was selected fell through. The selling agent began calling all the other backup offers. Unbeknownst to us, Annie being the diligent individual she was, called the agent right back. She advocated and fought incredibly hard for us. She was able to convince the selling agent and ultimately the seller to accept our offer! During the escrow process, Annie was so helpful and patiently explained everything to us. She lined up all the inspections and represented us when we could not be there. She even went into detail in explaining the entire home inspection report (which was over 50+ pages long). The entire escrow process went smoothly all thanks to her help! Overall, if you need a realtor, we would recommend Annie. Not only did she exceed our expectations but she was very professional and remarkable throughout the entire home-buying process. She was also so personable we even gained a new friend!"

She is super responsive. We were able to reach her all times through phone, text and in person. Finally, after seeing over 80 houses in person we finally found the One. And when I had told Annie that we wanted the house to be ours, she said she would make it happen and she did it! We were so happy to have our offer accepted, especially after two rejected bids before finding this house. She worked effectively with our lender representative. Between the two of them we had the dream team. Annie has a wealth of knowledge from her many years of experience that benefits her clients. "I decided to relocate to south Bay area in Spring 2015. However, I started to visit houses in South Bay area in Mid. July, 2017. After visiting houses on weekends for about one month and a half, I feel I really need a good local agent to guide me through this process. When I searched on line, Annie's name and image entered my view and my intuition told me that she is the agent that can help me purchase a house in south Bay. During the purchasing process, I am very impressed by Annie's professionalism and patience. Also, her strong communication skills help us to purchase this house. In fact, this purchasing process was the most challenging one because the seller also needs to find her better living place. Seller has the targeting location but there is no listing selling. And we have to wait for the seller to find her new home and closing escrow. And the purchasing terms dictate that seller has the rights to rent back the listing house for two months. Initially I was facing with a lot of risks. I felt anxious. But Annie walked us through this whole process. Using her amazing communication skills, Annie quickly found a house for selling in the seller's targeting region. Otherwise, it would be difficult for the seller to find her own satisfying home.
